Prestige & Classic Wedding Cars provides chauffeur-driven wedding and private hire from Peterborough. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Prestige & Classic Wedding Cars.

Information we collect

We collect only the information we need in order to quote for and carry out a hire.

• The date of your event and the vehicle you are interested in
• Collection and destination addresses, and the timings of the day
• Any notes you choose to send us with an enquiry
• Correspondence between us, including emails and messages

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, confirm and administer a booking, and carry out the hire on the day.

We may also use it to contact you about an existing booking — for example to confirm timings or to tell you about a change.

Legal basis

Where you have made an enquiry or a booking, we process your information in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract.

Where we hold information for any other purpose, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the business, or with your consent.

Marketing

We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

If we contact you about offers or availability, you can ask us to stop at any time and we will.

Sharing your information

Where your booking involves a partner vehicle — a horse-drawn carriage, a bus or coach, or a specialist vehicle — we share only the details that partner needs in order to carry out their part of the day.

We may also share information where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only for as long as they are useful, and are then deleted.

Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes, and are then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
